Login to Plesk 10 Panel
To change the interface language for Panel
1.Click Interface Preferences link in navigation panel
2.Specify the below-
Interface Language- Select the interface language you want to use.
Button Label Length- To prevent the lengthy captions in languages apart from English
from overlapping in Panel you can also specify the limit.
