Login to Plesk Panel
This feature required when a user do not have a domain name but he would like to host the personal web paages
Scroll Down to Website Group
Click Web Users Icon
Click Preferences Icon
Select the check box to allow the execution of scripts
Then Click Ok
Click Add New Web [...]
Follow below steps to manage files in Power Panel.
Step 1. Login in to Power Panel.
Step 2. Now click on the file manager link.
Now you can see all the list of your files and the folder on the right hand side of the panel.
